The Sanford Group™ (TSG) is a Colorado based, professional services, consulting firm that provides Diversity Consulting Services in  effective communication and community outreach, diversity training & program development, unparalleled technical and specialized training services and programs, compliance monitoring programs and business development consulting to the contracting community pursuing opportunities in the construction, transportation  and government industries.

The Sanford Group™ and its team have over 30 years of extensive experience in the design and build construction/transportation industry that has earned them the reputation of providing exemplary consulting services and having a strong and sustained relationship in the business and construction contracting community.  In addition, the TSG team broad based library industry knowledge, diversity perspectives, unique and intimate understanding of the minority and women contracting capability’s and capacities, provides them with the distinct ability to offer their clients innovative solutions and diversity approaches, that take advantage of years of proven and tested responses for successful results.
